Where are my chili lovers at? You and your family will enjoy a warm bowl of chili while staying low carb since each bowl has 4 grams of Carbs!!!! 🤤🔥
Ingredients
4 pounds ground beef
1 yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
4 clove garlic, minced
28oz Can Fire Roasted diced Tomatoes
1 jar pa Salsa (spice to your desire)
2-3 Cups of Diced Turnip Root
Spices:
3 tablespoon chili powder
3 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of Pepper
1 tablespoon of Oregano
1 tablespoon of Curry Powder
Instructions
Start by sautéing the onion and garlic until clear, add the beef and add salt and pepper, add bell pepper and break up meat until beef is browned, (it’s important that you taste the beef and that it’s seasoned to your liking before your add the other spices, so you have a good base)
Add the garlic, tomato paste, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and curry.
Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for at least 20 minutes, preferably an hour for the best taste and texture.
Serve with sour cream and shredded cheddar, as desired.
