These meals work great for meal prep as they can be eaten cold from the fridge. They also work great as a savory breakfast, a quick lunch, or an easy dinner.
It’s a meal to look forward to. I like to use pastrami seasoned smoked salmon because it’s a little different and adds some spiciness. What I do is I halved the avocado and sprinkled it with a little salt before filling it with the diced smoked salmon.
In addition to that, Fish and shellfish are very keto-friendly foods. Salmon and other fish are rich in B vitamins, potassium, and selenium, yet virtually carb-free.

Keto smoked salmon and avocado plate

8 oz. smoked salmon
2 (14 oz.) avocados
2 tbsp mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Split the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out avocado pieces with a spoon. Place on a plate.
Add salmon and a hearty dollop of mayonnaise to the plate.
Top with freshly ground black pepper and a sprinkle of sea salt.
