An effective home workout can be done in as little as three minutes.

If you are busy, you know how challenging getting in a good workout in your day can be. You also know that you need to be consistent with your workouts to see results.

The good news is, that you can get a great workout at home without having to spend hours at the gym.

All you need is some space to move around, and a few basic exercises that target the major muscle groups. So you don't need much time or equipment. Just so you know, I'm a huge fan of resistance training, but after 20 years I realized that people are either, not interested in going to the gym or terrified of going to the gym, that's why I created this simple 3-minute workout, that nearly everybody can do at home with no equipment every day.

Assuming you have some space to move around, here are the basic exercises you can do:

1. Burpees - 60 seconds

2. Planks- 60 seconds

One of the best things about a home workout is that you can tailor it to your fitness level. If you're just starting, you can do a basic routine that doesn't require any equipment. As you get fitter, you can add in more challenging exercises, or even use some basic equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands.

After 25 years of watching people have success and fail there are a few truths that I've found:

1- is having a positive attitude, 2- Eat Natural, low-carb, and sugar food, 3- find a workout routine that you can consistently do, 4- Drink Ketones every day. 5- Repeat.

So in conclusion, a home workout is a great way to get started on your fitness journey or to maintain your current level of fitness. All you need is a positive attitude, some space to move around, and a few minutes each day.
